Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Matthews, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Stallings Greenway project includes the installation of approximately 1900 lineaaen way trail along the North Fork Crooked Ceek tributary. The 10' wide asphalt trail incorporates several culvert crossings. The scope of work also includes a new electrical service and installation of a HAWK signalized pedestrian crossing at Steven Mill Rd. along with any required traffic control. Landscape elements include landscaping, fencing, signage and erosion control measures.
