In person or telephone enquiries are not permitted. Any communication from potential Proponents to City staff other than the contact person regarding the content of this RFP may lead to disqualification of the Proponent from this RFP process, at the City's sole discretion. Proponents should submit their Proposals on or before the time and date specified in the bottom row of the table in Section 2.1 (the "Closing Time"). Each Proponent should submit its Proposal by email in accordance with the following: Subject of the file to be: RFP PS20220579 - Title - Vendor name. Document format for submissions: -RFP Part C in PDF format - 1 combined PDF file, -Appendix 3 (pricing tab) in Excel format, and; -Any other attachments if necessary Zip the files to reduce the size or email separately if needed. Submitting the files via Drop box, FTP, or similar programs, is not acceptable. To be considered by the City, a Proposal must be submitted in the form set out in Part C (the "Form of Proposal"), completed and duly executed by the relevant Proponent. Proposals received after the closing time may be returned unopened. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. The City of Vancouver is initiating design for the redevelopment of the Sunset Nursery and Yard at 290 East 51st Avenue. The site is currently an active works yard and nursery that has been in operation since the 1930's. The property is owned by the City and also includes Sunset Arena to the east, Sunset Community Centre to the west, and Sunset Park to the south of the yard. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
