Award amount is $332,213.13** Value - 675000 The work of this Contract for Proposal A includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: The work of this Contract for Proposal B includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: The work of this Contract for Proposal C includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1 Milling/Overlay of portions of Elwood Street, including approximately 5,113 SY milling, variable depth; approximately 535 tons hot mix asphalt surface course; traffic striping; and all other work necessary and incidental thereto. Milling/Overlay of portions of Center Street, including approximately 4,422 SY milling, variable depth; approximately 463 tons hot mix asphalt surface course; traffic striping; and all other work necessary and incidental thereto. Milling/Overlay and Reconstruction of portions of Alpine Street, Chelsea Street, and Clifton Street, including approximately 18,286 SY milling, variable depth; approximately 1,997 tons hot mix asphalt surface course; approximately 38 tons of hot mix asphalt base course; reconstruction offour (4) concrete handicap ramps; traffic striping; and all other work necessary and incidental thereto Milling/Overlay of portions of Devon Street, including approximately 4,392 SY milling, variable depth; approximately 468 tons hot mix asphalt surface course; traffic striping; and all other work necessary and incidental thereto Each Bid must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of each Contract Bid, not to exceed $20,000. Surety shall be made payable to: Township of Lacey, and shall be without condition or qualification. Chapter 150, Laws of 1963. The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities orto reject any and all Bids, if it is in the public interest to do so. 2 --Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et.
