Renovation of a parking garage in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The City of Hamilton's Municipal Parking Service is seeking qualified contractors to correct structural and waterproofing deficiencies for Levels 1 and 2 of the Hamilton Convention Centre Parking Garage. The work includes, but is not limited to: a)Removal of existing polyurethane thin system traffic topping and replace with new polyurethane thin system traffic topping. b)Through slab concrete delamination repairs; including replacement of thin system traffic topping. c)Slab surface delamination repair; including replacement of thin system traffic topping. d)Slab soffit delamination repairs. e)Concrete wall delamination repairs. f)Concrete column delamination repairs. g)Slab Soffit Crack Injection repairs. Provide epoxy pressure injection repairs to soffit crack in accordance with Specifications. (i)Removal of existing surface drains and replace with new Zurn drains. The drains should be intended for use in corrosive environments and with collar clamp and cleanout bowl. Approved product: Watts FD 460*Or approved equivalent. NB: Complete with all accessories, bends, connections, insulation, tie in to existing, etc. h)Deformed rebar (Grade 400) including delivery, fabrication and installation.
