Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyrone, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project was awarded to Headley Construction Corp. in the amount of $600,826.35 (base bid plus alternate 2). Demo existing softball field and install 8 new pickleball courts with sidewalks and drainage improvements. There are also two bid alternates, one for a shelter and the other for landscaping. Contractor/Firm will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
