The City of PONTIAC, Finance Department - Purchasing Division, is soliciting sealed bids for providing: CITY OF PONTIAC Project Management - Hidden River Any written questions regarding this project shall be directed to purchasing@pontiac.mi.us Questions should be submitted by May 17, 2022. The invitation for proposal, instructions to proposal, proposal, affidavit, addenda (if any), statement of Bidder's qualifications (when required), general conditions, special conditions, performance bond, labor and material payment bond, insurance certificates, technical specifications, and drawings, together with this agreement, form the contract, and they are as fully a part of the contract as if attached hereto or repeated herein. The City of PONTIAC has the right to correct, modify or cancel the RFP, in whole or in part, or to reject any Bid, in whole or in part, within the discretion of the City of PONTIAC, or their designee. If any such changes are made, all known recipients of the RFP will be sent a copy of such changes. If any changes are made to this RFP document by any party other than the City of PONTIAC, the original document in the City of PONTIAC's files takes precedence.
