Illinois Environmental Protection Agency intends to contract with a vendor for implementing a medical sharps collection program. See attached Invitation for Bid for details. Pursuant to CPO Notice 2020.06, State agencies shall only accept electronic submissions for competitive solicitations. Paper responses will not be accepted. Is this a Small Business Set Aside Procurement: No Is there a BEP/VBP Participation Goal : No Initial Term - Mobilization fee per collection. IEPA estimates 425 collections per year. Over the 4 year initial term, that is 1,940 collections. Initial Term - Cost per gallon collected. IEPA estimates 26,675 gallons collected per year. Over the life of the 4 year initial term, that is 106,700 gallons. Renewal Term - Mobilization fee per collection. IEPA estimates 425 collections per year. Over the 2 year renewal term, that is 850 collections. Renewal Term - Cost per gallon collected. IEPA estimates 26,675 gallons collected per year. Over the life of the 2 year renewal term, that is 53,350 gallons.
