All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act
