The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide equipment with experienced, licensed operators to perform snow and ice removal services on VDOT maintained primary roads throughout Arlington County in VDOTs Northern Virginia District. Snow Removal Season is defined as November 1st of each year through April 30th of the following year. Equipment and operators under this contract will be assigned to VDOTs Arlington Area Headquarters located at 1510 Columbia Pike, Arlington, VA 22204. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award through June 30, 2023 with four (4) optional one (1) year renewal periods. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Nasir Chhipa at nasir.chhipa@VDOT.virginia.gov .The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than five (5) days prior to the closing date.
