T1041 The City of Camas solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Civil Engineering and related permitting for infrastructure - more specifically roadway design and traffic analysis. Consulting firms should have extensive experience working with WSDOT on local agency projects within WSDOT Right-of-Way, traffic studies, alternatives analysis, environmental permitting including work within shoreline buffers, and an understanding of the complexities of right-of-way acquisition, cost estimating, and public outreach.
