Tampa Bay Water, A Regional Water Supply Authority, is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide Design, Bid and Construction Management Services in accordance with the attached Request for Proposals. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified firms or individuals to provide Design, Bid and Construction Management Services for the Cypress Creek Water Treatment Plant Chemical Piping Replacement Project. This project includes the evaluation and replacement of the existing chemical feed systems for (A) Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH), (B) Ammonium Hydroxide (NH3), and (C) Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl). These systems include above and below ground chemical piping, chemical pumps, bulk chemical storage tanks, and in-pipe chemical injection points. Respondents should have an established reputation and documented successful experience in providing Design, Bid and Construction Management Services in similar projects. The respondent selected is expected to have appropriately experienced staff and resources to provide comprehensive, reliable products and services regarding the PROJECT and will be required to demonstrate this via the submittal documents and/or associated interviews, if deemed necessary.
