Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the construction of a educational facility.
The work involves site preparation, drainage, asphaltic concrete paving, concrete curbs and walks, court surfacing, CMU, Structural steel, metal fabrication, painting, roofing, installation of athletic equipment, plumbing, electrical and other related work to construct an outdoor ridge frame structure. The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The bid document, including drawings and specifications, will be available on compact disk and can be obtained from ARC-Pacific, 680 Queen Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, telephone (808) 536-6148 at the expense of the contractors/vendors. Vendors having questions regarding the project must submit them in writing to the Project Coordinator. Questions must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the bid closing date. Addenda and/or bid clarifications (if required) will be issued no later than 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date. The Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the State, in the amount of $1000.00, per calendar day of delay.
