The tender documents will be available from May 16, 2022 on the website Electronic Tendering System at the telephone number 1-866-669-7326 or at the website and will be subject to the pricing of this organization. The Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. It disclaims all liability for the costs paid by tenderers for the preparation of their tender and for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. All bidders must therefore ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The Municipality reserves the right not to retain any of the tenders received if, in particular, they turn out to be higher than the market rates.
