Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for Fencing - New, Repair and Replacement Services for Broward County Port Everglades Department in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements herein. This solicitation is reserved for Broward County certified County Business Enterprises (CBE). CBEs and non-CBEs may respond to this solicitation. If there are no CBE firms recommended for award, a non-CBE firm that has responded to the solicitation may be recommended for award, or the County may reject all solicitations. Refer to the Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements section for additional information. Additional Offer Field: Line items include an offer field for "Percentage of Price Attributed to Labor Portion of Service". Vendor is instructed to provide the percentage of the price that is attributed to the labor portion of this service line. Questions and Answers: The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G.
