Site work for a mixed-use development in Loudon, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

Loudon Utilities Board, LUB, is soliciting bids for installing a concrete pad. The pad is to be 80' x 150' x 6"(thickness). The contractor is to level the rock base, install forms, and pour/finish the concrete pad(approximately 225 yds). The contractor is to install 1 entrance and 1 exit ramp. The ramps dimensions are 12' x 12' x 6" (thickness) with footers. Also required is the removal of forms and clean-up. LUB will furnish concrete with fiberglass.
