The work generally consists of the replacement of corrugated metal roofing, chain link fencing and associated accessories at select dog kennels at the facility. Temporary removal and re-installation of corrugated metal siding and miscellaneous repairs and touch up painting is in the scope of work. The estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. see SECTION 00800 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS, for Contractor's access to site to view conditions during bidding. The Hawaii products preference pursuant to ACT 175, SLH 2009 may be applicable for items of this solicitation.
