The Work consists generally of construction of: - Approximately 460 lineal meters of street complete with storm water collection and piping, water mains and services , sanitary sewer mains and services, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, landscaping, concrete sidewalk, line paint and signage and lighting; - Construction of parking areas including storm water collection and piping, asphalt paving, lighting, line painting, concrete curb and gutter, building utility, concrete and aggregate walkways and landscaping. - Construction of a storm water management system serving the entirety of the first phase of development. Particular Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of ONE-HUNDRED DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST).
