Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Grayling, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,733-square-foot, one-story above grade, eight-room educational facility; and 4,657-square-foot, one-story above grade, one-unit, eight-room educational facility.

Integrity Construction Services, LLC, the Construction Manager will be accepting bids for the Kirtland Student Housing located at 4800 W. Four Mile Road, Grayling, MI 49738. See the bid package descriptions on page 00300. The project will consist of two (2) 16 bed Housing Buildings. Building “A” is an 8 plex without a RA apartment. Building “B” is an 8 plex with a RA apartment. Each Housing Building is single story, slab on grade. This project will consist of 16 separate sealed Bid Packages as listed: 1. Sitework (under contract) 2. Asphalt Paving (omitted) 3. Building & Exterior Concrete 4. Structural & Miscellaneous Steel 5. Manufactured Casework & Countertops 6. Carpentry 7. Roofing / Pre-Engineered Structural Canopies 8. Aluminum Entrances and Glazing 9. Sound Insulation and Drywall 10. Floor Coverings, Base and Wall Tile 11. Painting / Joint Sealants 12. Exterior Signage (Per Addendum #1, this package will bid at a later date) 13. Plumbing and HVAC 14. Electrical and Fire Alarm 15. Communications 16. Fire Suppression Each Bid Package is a separate contract with the owner. Last day for written questions is no later than 12:00 noon on May 26, 2022 and will be responded to in an addendum. The Owner reserves the right to reject any of or all Proposals, to accept other than a low bid, and to waive any informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in Proposals, which it feels is in its best interest.
