COLD SPRING ROAD PECHOUS LANE PESTER LANE Special note: the Cold Spring Road portion is eligible to LRIP/TRIP funds. All terms and conditions for that program must be met, including engineer certification. Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the maximum bid, payable to the Town of Cold Spring as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file the contract. The certified check or bond will be returned to the bidder immediately after the signing of the contract. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price, a Certificate of Insurance, together with an executed contract, will be required of the successful bidder. All proposals must be identified as "Road Bids" on the face of the envelope. The Town of Cold Spring reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The contractor shall be pre-qualified by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to perform the work in this proposal. A letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Section 66.903 of the Wisconsin State Statues and the laws and ordinances of the Town of Cold Spring relating to wages and rates payable on the work.
