On behalf of the Lewis County School District Board of Education, Architects and Construction Management Service providers are invited to submit a Letter of Interest and RFP with supporting informational booklet for Architect and Construction Management Services for an upcoming construction project within the district. This project is for the Foster Meade Career and Technical Center ($12,750,000.00 total project cost) Letters received after the above noted date will not be accepted. Following submission of the Letters of Interest a firm or firms will be selected to undertake the work at the direction of the local board. The final selection of Architect and Construction Management Services will be made by the Lewis County School District Board of Education The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined As of May 24, 2022, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
