Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Replacement of Gym Flooring Contractor shall include all costs associated with the mobilization of their labor, materials, tools and equipment to the job site. This shall include all project management, travel expenses and ancillary expenses required to complete the scope of work as described herein. Work to be done during the business hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM , Monday through Friday, with scheduling approved through the Family Court Facilities Manager, George Halasey. All work to be done in a professional workman like manner. Contractors standard general terms and conditions will not be authorized with this solicitation. Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of existing cove base and any applicable floor transitions. VCT shall remain. Contractor to provide enough of the Isolsport Slip Sheet Underlayment by Gerflor USA and Taraflex Recreation 60 [6062 Canadian Maple] Flooring by Gerflor USA to cover approximately 7,600 square feet of gymnasium floor. Contractor shall be responsible for accurate measurements.
