1.1 This task order (TO) statement of work (SOW) defines the scope of a single task for construction and engineering activities under the Hill Air Force Base Design-Build Multiple Award Construction Contract IV. This SOW is tailored to identify specific Task Order requirements. The Statement of Work for Multiple Award Construction Contract IV, (MACC IV), dated 24 March 2022, applies to this task order except as specifically altered by reference in this document. 1.2 The D-B MACC Contractor shall function as an integral team member in support of the Hill Air Force Base mission, to include the sharing of information with other Hill Air Force Base contractors and cooperation with communities, and other government entities. 1.3 All design services furnished by the Design-Build MACC Contractor shall be performed under the direct supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer or Architect. The contractor, through its designer, is responsible for the accuracy, adequacy, timeliness and professionalism of the design solutions and the design documents. The contractor shall ensure design solutions meet the requirements of the contract documents. 1.4 Requirements include efficient project management, accurate and timely submittals of contract deliverables, and timely identification and solution of impediments to successful project execution. Technical requirements include early involvement in the process to allow for the development of the most cost-effective and technically sound solution. Hill AFB will rely on the Contractor's expertise in recognizing and addressing problematic issues and successful execution of this Task Order. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations. Design-Build: Modernize and update the interior of the Base Theater. The inside of the theater is out dated. The facility needs to be updated to current code and ADA standards. Renovation of this area is to include new finishes, stage curtains, updated sound attenuating wall curtains with sound attenuating wall panels, painted ceiling, new lighting (LED canned lights, wall scones, pendant lighting over concession area and LED path lighting, renovated concession area for event holders, updated bathrooms to ADA compliance, relocate janitors closet, luxury vinyl flooring, update projection room, and sensory room. *Amendment 1 has been released. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
