Site Directions: Site located on Sappi property in Cloquet, MN prospective bidders will have the opportunity to ask questions relating to bidding or constructing the work under this contract. If deemed appropriate by the Engineer, questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the bidding documents will be the subject of an addendum issued to all plan holders. A BIDDERS FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE MEETING SHALL CAUSE ANY BID SUBMITTED BY THAT BIDDER TO BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL CAUSE SUCH BID TO BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
