If deemed appropriate by the Engineer, questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the bidding documents will be the subject of an addendum issued to all plan holders. A BIDDERS FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE MEETING SHALL CAUSE ANY BID SUBMITTED BY THAT BIDDER TO BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL CAUSE SUCH BID TO BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
