A BIDDERS FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE MEETING SHALL CAUSE ANY BID SUBMITTED BY THAT BIDDER TO BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL CAUSE SUCH BID TO BE RETURNED UNOPENED.
