Site work and new construction of a civil project in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of the following major items: Construct a new 250,000-gallon spheroid type elevated water tank, ductile iron water piping, site grading, fencing, erosion control including electrical modifications and miscellaneous appurtenances. Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same. The OWNER is not obligated to consider a bidder's proposal, if bidder is not on record with the issuing office as having received complete Bidding Documents.
