A bid bond executed by a U.S. Treasury listed surety company acceptable to the owner, or a cashiers check in the amount of at least 5% of the sum of the proposal payable to Grand Blanc Community Schools shall be submitted with each proposal in excess of $26,046.00. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Grand Blanc Community Schools will receive firm prime contractor bids for the labor, materials, equipment and all other services to complete the Grand Blanc Community Schools Athletic Complex South Concessions Building located at 11920 S. Saginaw St. Building 217, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the Bond shall be included in each proposal.
