Due to security reasons, please contact Reprographer to obtain bid documents This project consists of, but is not limited to, all labor, material and equipment to complete the following: 1. Background: The complex has two (2) Multistack Water-Cooled, MagLev(TM) Chillers that were installed as part of the rebuilding of the complex after hurricane Irene in 2016. The chillers have a capacity of 325 tons with Evaporator: EWT 57F, LWT 42F @ 520 GPM; Condenser EWT 85F and LWT 95F @ 920 GPM. During start up this spring, 3 of the 4 compressors were deemed to be non-functional. 2. Replace the Danfoss Turbocor model TTS400 and TT500 compressors with TTS400 and TTS700 compressors, one (1) each per chiller, total of four (4) compressors. Compressors are 480 Volt, 3 phase. 3. Recover existing R134A refrigerant for reuse after replacing compressors. 4. Provide programming updates for replacing the TT500 compressors with the new TTS700 compressors. 5. Perform a vacuum pull down below 500 microns, and nitrogen purge, at least twice, followed by a vacuum pull down below 500 microns and weigh-in charge of recovered refrigerant. 6. Add new R134A refrigerant as needed to provide a full charge, include price per pound installed on the bid proposal. 7. Provide new hard drives and factory programming and start-up by a factory trained and authorized technician. 8. Work will commence on Chiller Number 2, when Chiller Number 2 is fully operation and in service, work may commence on Chiller Number 1. There will not be a pre -bid meeting for this project.
