Design plans call for the demolition of a 1,300-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot educational facility; educational facility; for the renovation of a 25,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for the addition of a 9,900-square-foot educational facility.

A construction timeline has not been established at this time. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Minnesota State Board of Trustees, on behalf of Dakota County Technical College, is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified consultants, and intends to retain a professional consulting firm to develop a new predesign for the DCTC Technical Trades & Allied Health Renovation project. Concept: There are four primary areas/programs to be considered as part of this predesign: 1) Electrical Line Worker, HVAC, Nursing and School District 917. The project is anticipated to include the demo and re-build of a separate structure that accommodates the Electrical Line Worker program, the renovation and expansion of spaces for the HVAC programs, a second floor in-fill and relocation of the School District 917 departments, and the renovation of the Nursing program's academic and support spaces.
