Project Name: Riggs Rd T.I. Project (TRACS) Number: 347 MA 186 F0476 01D District: Central (C) Route/MP: SR 347 / 186 Funding Source: F0476 01D Construction Funding TBD The R/W project is located on SR 347 within the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC), just north of the Maricopa/Pinal County line. The purpose of the design project is to construct a new traffic interchange at Riggs Road. The R/W Survey will begin just north of the County line at approximate MP 184.3 and end at approximate MP 187.1. Due to GRIC and BIA requirements, the R/W Plans related work must be completed by a Certified Federal Surveyor (CFEDS). The initial scope task is anticipated to be for a Right of Way Survey. Right of Way Survey: The selected Consultant will perform an R/W Survey of approx. 2.8 miles of SR 347 in Sections 19, 30 & 31, T2S-R4E. An approximate 1/2 mile of Riggs Road R/W will also be surveyed. BIA allotments may also be part of the survey. An ADOT standard Results of Survey drawing will be prepared. Anticipated due date of the initial review of the Results of Survey: October 17, 2022. As the project progresses, it is anticipated that additional scope tasks that will be requested on this project will be for the production of Final R/W Plans and Right of Way Maps to GRIC standards.
