Warwick Township Municipal Building Toilet Room Renovations. If additional information is required concerning the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents all questions must be submitted in writing through the portal Program by Thursday, June 9, 2022, by 2:00 PM. Each bid must include: Bid Security, a certified check, bank check or bid bond issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the state of PA, in the amount of 10% of the total contract amount, including all add alternates, payable to Warwick Township. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder with a corporate surety approved by Warwick Township. Bidding will be public, utilize Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wage Rates established by the Commonwealth of PA Department of Labor and Industry and be received in Three (3) Prime Bids for the Toilet Room Renovations. The bid shall include all General Construction, Plumbing Construction & Electrical Construction. The Project falls under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012, 43 P.S. 167.1, which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award. Warwick Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgement as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered. Award of the contract, if awarded, will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
