The City of Belleville will be accepting sealed bids for 1 HVAC Chiller w/2 3 HP Pumps, 2 HVAC Rooftop Units 1 Air-Cooled Condensing Unit 1 Packaged Gas/Electric Rooftop Unit. Nichols Center - 515 E D Street The current system consists of one (1) McQuay International ALR 035D. The 35 Ton Reciprocating Chiller is located ground level at the rear of the facility with alley access. A protective fence surrounds the current Chiller with an approximate concrete pad dimension of Eight (8) ft. by Eleven and One Half (11 1/2 ) ft. See Attachment 1 Belleville will also require the replacement of two (2) - 3 HP circulating pumps located in Center's basement to ensure worry free operation of chiller system. See Attachment 2 Police Department Headquarters - 720 W Main Street The current system consists of two (2) Carrier WeatherMaster 60 Ton Carrier Single Packaged Rooftop Units. The unit located to the south end of the building is model 50AKE060-FQ611HP. The unit located to the north end of the building is model 50AKE060 FQ611HT. See Attachment 3 Library - Main Building - 121 East Washington Street The current system consists of one (1) Carrier GEMINI Select 30 Ton Air-Cooled Condensing Unit. The unit is located ground level at the rear of the facility with parking lot access. A protective fence surrounds the current unit with an approximate pad dimension of 11' 7 1/2" feet by 11' 10 1/2" feet. See Attachment 4 Parks and Recreation Department - 510 W Main Street The current system consists of one (1) Trane 20 Ton Packaged Gas/Electric Rooftop Unit. The unit is located on the North East roof top.
