Reference number : 1606050 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-01 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Object of the contract The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to completely repair the roofs of the Dollier-De-Casson homes located at 435 rue St-Paul Est and 430 rue Notre-Dame Est in the Ville-Marie borough. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without being limited thereto, the scope of work includes the replacement of existing roofs and all necessary work relating thereto. The work will be carried out in two (2) towers of five (5) and seven (7) floors separated by an interior courtyard. During the works the apartments will be occupied. Duration of work According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around the end of June 2022, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of six (6) consecutive months from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
