Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of 8/1/2022 all bids are rejected. An optional pre-bid meeting will be held in Frisco City Hall Conference Room 3A and via online video conference. Attendance via online video conference is strongly recommended. Online video conference meeting information can be found in the Notice to Bidders. Representatives of OWNER and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting. The project includes the construction of 650 linear feet of a 36' wide concrete street, sidewalk, 1000 linear feet of 30" water main, with valving, bends and cathodic protection, 900 linear feet of storm drain, various sizes, 250 linear feet of 12" water line with service stubs, and valves, 470 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer, sidewalk, and landscape and irrigation. Liquidated damages will be assessed after September 2, 2022 for every day the roadway is not complete, and after 120 calendar days for the substantial completion of work if CONTRACTOR fails to meet this requirement.
