The building will have an estimated capacity of 1,200 students in 5th and 6th grades. Amenities at the school will include a cafeteria, a 600-seat gymnasium, an outdoor covered P.E. area, a fine arts wing for band and choir, several LGI areas and an area dedicated for students with special needs. Junior High #3 - $85 million: The junior high project will be an approximate 185,000 SF two-story school across FM 1488 from the Magnolia Parkway campus. The building will have an estimated capacity of 1,200 students in 7th and 8th grades. Amenities at the school will include a cafeteria with stage and theater arts, two gymnasiums including a 600-seat competition gymnasium, a fine arts wing for band and choir, LGI rooms, an area dedicated for students with special needs, tennis courts, and a competition junior high football stadium.
