Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a 46,038-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; 7,540-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
As of 11/09/2022 Project is over budget. Will be making decisions in the next couple of weeks. All scope related questions are to be submitted in writing to the attention of Bart Lechner at blechner@holtzbuilders.com, no later than October 1, 2022 by 1:00PM. All questions will be answered via a bid clarification or an addendum. The building is a combined 53,578 SF to include a 7,540 SF pre-engineered metal building and 46,038 SF air supported structure. All bids must include the required documentation per the bidding instructions. Please be advised the client is tax exempt. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
