Provide all coring required on site to install guard rails as described on drawings and specifications. All cored material shall be removed from site by this bidder. Provide an engineered safety tie off plan and any related materials or equipment required to safely perform the coring and railing installation. This bidder shall provide all power and water as required to carry out the work and clean up afterwards. This bidder shall provide protection of existing cap stone and wall from all of this bidder's work, and shall be responsible for any repair or replacement of damaged cap stone due to this bidder's work. The CM will provide site fencing at the road edge to enclose the workspace. This bidder shall provide labour to maintain and move site fencing as required to suit their delivery and installation of railing material. Schedule - work to proceed immediately upon award of contract. All site work must be performed by unionized trades. Refer to PCL-ED Joint Venture labour requirements in part M of the Standard Tender Package. SITE SPECIFIC SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: All trades bidding this work must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and must comply with the provisions of the Security Requirements Check List and security guidelines (if applicable), attached at PART K - Annex C - SRCL. SITE SPECIFIC ACCESS REQUIREMENTS: All trades persons must have a valid SITE ACCESS security clearance and must provide proof of full COVID vaccination to gain access to the project site.
