EDDY COUNTY, NEW MEXICO The Eddy County Board of Commissioners is requesting formal qualification-based proposals for the following: RFP 22-05 Roads, Waste Water, and Storm Drainage and Infrastructure Construction The County intends to enter into an agreement with successful Proposers for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of Roads, Waste Water and Storm Drainage and Infrastructure. Scope of work can also include Preparation of Gant Applications, Intersection Improvements and Traffic Studies. The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be from August 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023. The contract may be renewed if desired by the County, and by mutual consent of the contractor, for up to three additional one-year terms. Anyone interested must refer to the Request for Proposals (RFP) packet for all details and requirements.
