The VAN BUREN INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT is soliciting competitive bids from companies who can provide sole source turnkey services including mechanical services, plumbing, piping, controls, energy services, and training for the in-house maintenance team for HVAC replacement at the Behavioral Education Center located at 30 South Walnut Street, Bangor, MI 49013. The company is responsible for all measurements and other details of this proposal. Response to this request for proposal is an indication that the vendor has checked all aspects of this request The awarded bidder shall give all necessary notices, obtain all permits, and pay all government sales taxes, fees, and other costs. The awarded bidder will file all necessary plans, prepare all documents, and obtain all necessary approvals of all governmental departments having jurisdiction, obtain all required certificates of inspection of work and deliver same to the Owner before acceptance and final payment of work. The Van Buren Intermediate School District is now accepting bids for HVAC replacement as outlined in the Specifications. The Van Buren Intermediate School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities which it deems to be in the best interest of Van Buren Intermediate School District, and the right to award the contract to other than lowest bidder.
