As of 6/10/2022 no bids received. description of the work of this project can be summarized to include all labor and material necessary for trenching, waterline installation, hose bibs, backfill and site cleanup per drawings and specifications. Bidder hereby agrees to commence Work under this Contract on a date to be specified in the written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to substantially complete the Project by December 15, 2022. Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive calendar day after the established substantial completion date or adjusted date as established by change order. Anticipated start of construction is September 19, 2022.
