Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Park Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 8,900 l.f. of 8' wide HMA pathway removal & reconstruction 2,700 l.f. of 6' wide HMA pathway removal & reconstruction 450 l.f. of 6' wide concrete pathway removal & reconstruction with HMA 4,400 l.f. of 8' wide HMA pathway overlay Replace timber retaining wall with 300 sq.ft. of concrete block retaining wall Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Park Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five (45) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed by October 15, 2022 or within sixty (60) days from date of Notice to Proceed, whichever comes first. Project shall be complete by October 15, 2022
