Reference number : 1605712 Review Title : Double surface treatment 2022 - Two (2) municipalities Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-26 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The MRC Lac-Saint-Jean-Est, on behalf of the following municipalities: L'Ascension-de-notre-Seigneur and Sainte-Monique-de-Honfleur, is requesting bids for the installation of a double surface treatment on various streets and ranks, for a cumulative total of approximately 7.5 km of road. The successful bidder will have to deal individually with each of the municipalities listed above, i.e. two (2) separate contracts . Tenders must be accompanied either by a tender bond or by a certified check established at 10% of the amount of the work, valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders, made out to the order of each of the two (2) municipalities . Each of the two (2) municipalities does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and declines all responsibility with regard to the tenderers.
