Work will be in accordance with the contract, plans, and technical specifications. This action is being solicited on a 100% Small Business Set Aside basis. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237110 and the size standard for small business is $39.5 million average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Those intending on submitting a quote should attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit. Only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation. All line items must be priced. Award will

This effort is a high priority requirement in support of the National Guard. Funds are not presently available to make award.
