For Removal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) Former Trinity Health Building Each Bid shall have attached to the exterior of the bid package, a Bid Security envelope containing copies of State Contractors License and State Asbestos Abatement Contractors License Certificate. A five (5%) percent Bid Bond is required. Bids arriving by mail or otherwise after the time designated for the submittal shall be returned unopened. Only written hard copy bids will be accepted. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided. All blanks shall be filled in.
