The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to select a contractor capable of providing all labor, material and parts to service, clean and inspect Cafeteria Exhaust Hood Equipment, Fresh Air Units and Warewashing Hoods at various locations county wide, on an as needed and scheduled basis, per specifications and to secure firm, net pricing for the contract period as specified herein. The Largo Administration Building is now a secured building effective December 1, 2015 and visitor procedures have changed. Inform the officer at the front desk that you have a bid to be delivered to the Purchasing Department. The officer will call Purchasing and someone from the department will come to the front desk to date and time stamp your bid and provide a receipt. This process may take several minutes, so please allow sufficient time when hand delivering a bid submittal.
