Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clear Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: Storm Sewer, RCP, 15 and Appurtenances 47 lf Asphaltic Pavement Pulverize and Relay 2,900 sy Crushed Aggregate Base 193 cy Hot Mix Asphalt, 3 2,770 sy Concrete Curb and Gutter, 24" Mountable 220 lf Concrete Driveways, 6 .80 sf Traffi c Control 1 ls Topsoil, Turf, and Grasses 1,800 sy The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifi cations. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certifi ed check payable to the owner equal to fi ve percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to fi ve percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. When submitting an electronic bid, Bidder is required to deliver the original certifi ed check or bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Cedar Corporation. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All offi cial notifi cations, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. This project is part of a WisDOT Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP), which consists of street resurfacing on Village View Street from 5th Street/CTH JJ to end terminus and Bean Street from Grimmes Street to end terminus. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The Village of Clear Lake reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
