The 3020EMSL building is located at 3020 Innovation Blvd Richland, WA 99354. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and subcontracts necessary to: Demo/remove parts of the old ladders on the 3020EMSL roof. Rebuild tops of the ladders, fabricate/install new steps, and install new platforms/stairs. Perform roof repairs and paint ladders to match existing. Project Complete ready for use, No Later Than, 9/15/2022. Sealed Bid: Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable meeting the mandatory criteria stated below Prime Contractor shall be pre-qualified prior to submitting bid; likewise, Subcontractors to a Prime Contractor performing work shall be prequalified prior to issuance of NTP. Note - An Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of less than or equal to 0.9 for Prime Contractor (1.0 for Subcontractors) and no willful OSHA/State Labor & Industries Citations over the past three years is needed to meet the pre-qualification requirement. Payment and Performance bonds, as well as Bid Bonds are required for this contract. Original contract price means the award price of the fixed price contract. Original contract price does not include the price of any options, except those options exercised at the time of contract award. Performance bonds - Unless BATTELLE determines that a lesser amount is adequate for the protection of the Laboratory and the Government, the penal amount of performance bonds must equal 100 percent of the original contract price; and If the contract price increases, an additional amount equal to 100 percent of the increase. (b) Payment bonds - Unless BATTELLE makes a written determination supported by specific findings that a payment bond in this amount is impractical, the amount of the payment bond must equal - 100 percent of the original contract price; and If the contract price increases, an additional amount equal to 100 percent of the increase. The amount of the payment bond must be no less than the amount of the performance bond.
