For General Services Air Conditioning Installation Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with Air Conditioning Installation Services in the General Services building. This is a public works project as defined in Labor Code 1720. Contractor and its Subcontractor shall be registered with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5, subd. (f) and must pay prevailing wage per Labor Code 1771. The term of any agreement resulting from this IFB is anticipated to be June 15, 2022, through June 30, 2024. Any agreement resulting from this IFB shall have no force or effect until it is signed by both parties and approved by the Department of General Services (DGS), if such approval is required. Performance shall start no later than on the expressed date set by the awarding agency and after all approvals have been obtained and the agreement is fully executed
