Bidders must submit their prices for each of the circuits separately under penalty of non-compliance of the bid. The City of Coaticook does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders that will have been received, nor to incur any obligation or any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). The City may, if it is advantageous for it to do so, disregard any lack of conformity of the tender if this defect does not break the rule of equality between the tenderers.
