Renovation of an educational facility in Eskdale, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Questions Due Date: request for clarifications via email until 4:00 pm, May 26, 2022. The Q and A Period for this Opportunity is Ongoing Lack of achievement of substantial and final completion for this project will result in liquidated damages of $1,500.00 per day for substantial completion and $1,500.00 per day for final completion. Project Description: Project consists of HVAC replacement and renovation at Sharon Dawes Elementary School. Replacement to include demolition/removal of existing mechanical HVAC systems to include units, piping, ductwork, etc. as required for installation of new HVAC systems. Demolition to include removal and replacement and repair of existing rooftop equipment and roofing as required for installation of new systems. The scope of work will also include installation of owner-direct purchased HVAC equipment and related roof curbs as well as final connections. New digital temperature controls shall also be provided to tie into the district wide controls. Refer to contract documents for detailed scope description and contract requirements. Included within this project shall be window replacements and exterior door and frame replacement where indicated.
