Site work and new construction of a civil project in Tabor City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Includes like-for-like sized replacement and relocation of the existing Gore Street Pump Station. This pump station will be relocated to an adjacent property outside of the 100-year floodplain, replacement will include a new 80 gpm above ground pump station, emergency stand-by generator, new electrical and SCADA, approximately 175 l.f. of 4-inch forcemain, 225 l.f. of 8-inch gravity sewer, and 2 new 4' manholes. This project will also include the rehabilitation of 10 existing manholes located within the floodplain. These manholes located within the floodplain, along with the two new manholes at the pump station will be watertight and vented where applicable or raised to 2' above floodplain elevation where applicable for flood protection. Bidding Documents also may be examined electronically the office of Town of Tabor City, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm; and the office of the Engineer, LKC Engineering, PLLC, located at 140 Aqua Shed Court, Aberdeen NC 28315, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:30 pm. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Bidding Documents are available on compact disc (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a nonrefundable charge of $150.00, including shipping. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent to the Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
